Dr. Md. Mofiz Ullah is a highly experienced radiologist with a distinguished career spanning several decades in national and international healthcare settings. He completed his MBBS from Sylhet Medical College and went on to obtain a DMRD from the Institute of Postgraduate Medicine & Research (IPGM&R), Dhaka, solidifying his expertise in radiology and medical imaging.
Dr. Mofiz Ullah began his medical career as a Medical Officer at a Thana Health Complex in Comilla before being deputed to IPGM&R Dhaka. He subsequently served as a Radiologist at Comilla General Hospital, where he developed his specialization in diagnostic imaging. His career then took him internationally, where he worked as a Radiologist in Jeddah, KSA, and later at Rabigh Government General Hospital, KSA, gaining extensive experience in advanced radiological practices.
Dr. Mofiz Ullah then joined Holy Family Red Crescent Hospital in Dhaka as a Radiologist. His dedication and expertise led him to an academic role at Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital, where he served as an Assistant Professor, then Associate Professor, and later as the Head of the Department of Radiology & Imaging. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in training future radiologists while continuing to provide top-tier diagnostic services.
Currently, Dr. Mofiz Ullah is serving as a consultant in radiology and imaging at a private hospital, where he continues to apply his vast knowledge and experience in medical imaging to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.
With his extensive background in clinical practice and academic leadership, he remains a respected figure in radiology and has contributed significantly to the advancement of diagnostic imaging in Bangladesh.
