Dr. Ismat Ara Juthi is a dedicated and accomplished dermatologist with extensive experience in the field of Dermatology and Venereology. Dr. Ismat Ara obtained her MBBS degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College and holds a Diploma in Dermatology & Venereology (DDV) from BSMMU.

She is currently serving as a Junior Consultant in the Department of Dermatology & Venereology at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital. Her current role involves managing a broad spectrum of dermatological conditions, providing specialized patient care, and performing a wide range of dermatological procedures with expertise.

Before her current position, Dr. Ismat Ara worked as a Medical Officer in the same department, gaining valuable hands-on clinical dermatology experience. Earlier in her career, Dr. Ismat Ara served as a Medical Officer at an Upazila Health Complex (UHC) in Kushtia, where she provided essential healthcare services at the grassroots level, dealing with various medical and dermatological cases. Her medical journey began with a one-year internship at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital, where she developed her foundational clinical skills across different specialties.

Dr. Ismat Ara’s professional skills include efficient management of all types of dermatological and venereological diseases and expertise in performing a range of dermatological procedures.

She maintains active membership in several prestigious professional organizations, including the Bangladesh Dermatological Society, the Bangladesh Academy of Dermatology, the Psoriasis Awareness Club of Bangladesh, and the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA), reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and contribution to the dermatology community.
