Dr. Tahsin Zaman is a dedicated and highly skilled specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics with an evolving focus on Gynecological Oncology. With over 15 years of clinical experience and a strong academic foundation, she has built a career rooted in compassionate patient care, evidence-based practice, and professional integrity.

She completed her MBBS degree from Chittagong Medical College. Following this, she pursued and completed her FCPS in Gynaecology & Obstetrics from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons, after receiving structured postgraduate training at Dhaka Medical College. She has completed her MS in Gynecological Oncology at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), further deepening her specialization in cancer care related to women’s health.

Dr. Tahsin Zaman has amassed rich clinical experience across both tertiary care hospitals and rural healthcare facilities. She has served as a Junior Consultant in various institutions, including Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Bangladesh Medical University. Additionally, she has also served at the Central Police Hospital, gaining experience in serving uniformed service members and their families.

Her service in the grassroots healthcare system spans nearly a decade, with postings at different Upazila Health Complexes, where she provided vital maternal and reproductive healthcare services as a Medical Officer and Junior Consultant.

Currently practicing under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Bangladesh, Dr. Tahsin Zaman continues to contribute to women’s healthcare through her clinical acumen and ongoing academic advancement. Her areas of interest include gynecologic cancer surgery, high-risk obstetrics, fertility preservation in cancer patients, and rural maternal health interventions.

Through her diverse experience in both urban hospitals and remote health complexes, Dr. Tahsin Zaman has established herself as a committed advocate for comprehensive women’s health, blending advanced clinical skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
