Dr. Debosree Saha is an accomplished pediatrician with extensive expertise in general pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, and child health. Deeply committed to improving child health outcomes in Bangladesh, she aspires to be a leading figure in pediatrics and pediatric intensive care, contributing to transformative advancements in the country’s healthcare system.

Dr. Saha completed her MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College and holds an MD in General Pediatrics from Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute under BSMMU. She is currently in the final phase of her FCPS in Paediatric Cardiology from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. To broaden her scope, she also earned a Certificate Course in Diabetology (CCD) from BIRDEM, strengthening her knowledge in paediatric endocrinology.

Her career began as a Medical Officer at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College & Hospital, followed by spending five years at Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute, managing complex paediatric cases and honing her clinical expertise. Dr. Saha has also served in the public sector as a Medical Officer at al Upazila Health Complex under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, contributing significantly to rural child healthcare.

Currently, she is a Consultant Paediatrician at Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital, where she continues her mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Dr. Saha has completed specialized training in child nutrition, reproductive health, medical ultrasound, paediatric gastroenterology, and non-invasive ventilation, including advanced programs at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi and the Bangladesh Neonatal Forum. Her expertise and contributions were recognized when she was invited to speak at the 7th International Conference of the Bangladesh Neonatal Forum in 2025.
