Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, UPSs, printers, PABXs, CCTVs, and other IT devices related to healthcare industries.
- Providing technical support to end users on a variety of issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and networks.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of all systems availability.
- Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Maintain an inventory for all IT peripherals.
- Communicate with related stakeholders to ensure effective IT support.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
