Sonologist
Dr. Tasnim Aziz is an experienced Sonologist with specialized training in diagnostic ultrasonography and several years of clinical experience in established healthcare institutions. She is committed to providing reliable and detailed imaging services, with a careful and patient-friendly approach that helps support accurate diagnosis and clinical decision-making.
Dr. Tasnim completed her MBBS from Ibrahim Medical College and subsequently obtained a Certificate Course in Diabetology (CCD) in 2015. She later completed a Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (DMU) through specialized training at the Center for Medical Ultrasound & Doppler (CMUD), Daffodil International University.
She has undertaken additional specialized training in Transvaginal Sonography (TVS), Congenital Anomaly Detection including 3D/4D ultrasound, and Color Doppler & Vascular Duplex. These qualifications have strengthened her expertise in obstetric and gynaecological imaging, fetal assessment, and vascular ultrasonography.
Dr. Tasnim has worked as a Sonologist at several established healthcare institutions, including BAVS Maternity Hospital and Dhaka Community Medical College Hospital. At Dhaka Community Medical College Hospital, she served as a Sonologist and later as a Registrar in Sonology, gaining extensive experience in diagnostic imaging and patient assessment.
Alongside her clinical career, Dr. Tasnim has a strong background in medical education. She served as a Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at Dhaka Community Medical College, where she was involved in teaching and academic activities for several years.
