Dr. Farhana earned her MBBS degree from Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital and subsequently pursued her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She further pursued her passion for women’s health by obtaining an FCPS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS).

Dr. Farhana Hyder Chowdhury has achieved notable milestones in her career, holding esteemed academic appointments including the role of Assistant Registrar of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital. Recognizing the importance of continuous growth, she actively pursued specialized training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at BSMMU (Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University) to further enhance her expertise.

Her passion for research is evident through her dissertation on “Oral Misoprostol versus Manual Vacuum Aspiration for the Treatment of First Trimester Incomplete Abortion.” This research highlights her dedication to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.
