Manager/Senior Manager, Finance and Accounts (BRAC Healthcare Ltd.)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate annual business planning and budgeting;
- Lead, supervise, check and control various finance & accounts, VAT & TAX related activities
- Facilitate and lead the performance reviews of BRAC Health Enterprise at planned intervals. Focus on analytics for improvement;
- Ensure standardization, consistency and compliance of Finance and Accounts policies across each area of BRAC Health Enterprise;
- Optimize fund management, control inventory and follow credit control policy;
- Exercise budgetary control to ensure that expenses do not exceed the budget. Guide and assist to improve OPEX by providing appropriate data & analysis;
- Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and other periodic financial statements and costing reports as required by top management;
- Formulate various types of policy for smooth operations of business and ensure the proper control in place;
- Ensure policy and regulatory compliance of all accounting and financial transactions, keeping in view enterprise interest;
- Promote, support and guide establishment of safeguarding culture within program;
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action;
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should have MBA/M. Com in Accounting and Finance with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution but candidates having CA/ CMA/ ACA/ FCA/ ACMA/ FCMA degree will get preference.

Experience:
At least 8 years, but experience in the health industry (especially in diagnostics and hospital units) will be given preference.
