Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for setting targets and monitoring achievements of health promoter
- Engage with local stakeholders where the centers are located and foster strong long-term relationships
- Gain insights by identifying and analyzing market competitive actors` practices
- Implement outreach activities like health camps and client engagements campaigns to generate buzz and awareness amongst urban clients
- Establish key relationships with local opinion leaders for influence campaigns to build trust and confidence in the health centers
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support,guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
