Dr. Afshin Rashid is a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with a strong focus on diagnostic imaging, women’s health, and holistic patient care. She completed her MBBS from Cumilla Medical College and has since built a diverse career through extensive clinical training and experience in both general medicine and medical ultrasound.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (ADMU) from BITMIR, with specialized training in transvaginal sonography (TVS), fetal anomaly detection, and Doppler imaging. In addition to her expertise in diagnostic radiology, Dr. Afshin has enhanced her knowledge in managing chronic conditions by completing the Certificate Course on Diabetes (CCD) from BIRDEM, further broadening her clinical capabilities.

Currently, she serves as a Clinical Sonologist at a hospital in Postogola, Dhaka. Previously, she worked as an Honorary Medical Officer in the Radiology & Imaging Department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where she honed her diagnostic accuracy and imaging interpretation skills. She also served as a Medical Officer at a private Hospital and completed postgraduate training in Pediatrics at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, gaining valuable experience in child healthcare.

Committed to continuous professional development, Dr. Afshin has participated in specialized training on nutrition conducted by the Institute of Public Health Nutrition, reflecting her interest in preventive healthcare and wellness.

She is a life member of the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) and is known for her empathetic, patient-first approach. Dr. Afshin Rashid strives to deliver accurate diagnoses and compassionate care, supporting patients and their families throughout every stage of treatment.
