Dr. Shahina Pervin is an accomplished paediatrician and Associate Professor, dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to the children of all ages. With a strong focus on the health and well-being of her young patients, she combines expert diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care to ensure optimal outcomes for every child under her care. She completed her MBBS from Khulna Medical College and further pursued her MD in Paediatrics from Sir Salimullah Medical College under the University of Dhaka.

Dr. Shahina has a rich history in both academia and clinical practice. Since 2015, she has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at Dr. Sirajul Islam Medical College, where she has played an instrumental role in shaping future medical professionals. Prior to this, she served as a Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at the National Medical College showcasing her versatility and dedication to medical education.

Dr. Shahina’s training is comprehensive and diverse, with postgraduate training in Paediatrics from prestigious institutions such as BSMMU, Sir Salimullah Medical College, Mitford Hospital, and Dhaka Medical College. She has also received specialized training on breastfeeding from the Breast-Feeding Foundation, emphasizing her commitment to early childhood health.

Her certifications further demonstrate her expertise, having completed a course in Paediatric Nutrition from Boston University of Medicine, as well as a Medicine Early Nutrition Specialist certification from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. These qualifications underscore her ability to provide cutting-edge, evidence-based care to her paediatric patients.
