Dr. Abu Zafar Md Saleh is an experienced physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Critical Care, with more than 10 years of experience in intensive care medicine. His clinical expertise includes the management of critically ill patients, complex medical conditions, and acute medical emergencies, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.

Dr. Saleh completed his MBBS from Enam Medical College and subsequently obtained his FCPS in Internal Medicine from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS). His postgraduate training and extensive clinical experience have provided him with a strong foundation in Internal Medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care.

He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Enam Medical College & Hospital, Savar, Dhaka, where he manages a broad range of outpatient and inpatient cases and contributes to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. His clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, with particular expertise in the care of critically ill patients.

With over a decade of intensive care experience, Dr. Saleh has served as an ICU Specialist in a leading corporate hospital and as an ICU Resident Medical Officer at a specialized hospital. His critical care experience includes the management of complex medical emergencies and patients requiring advanced life support. He is experienced in procedures and interventions including mechanical ventilation, percutaneous tracheostomy, chest drain insertion, and dialysis, as well as the management of patients receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).

His areas of clinical expertise also include comprehensive OPD and IPD management, interpretation of diagnostic investigations, and clinical decision-making in complex medical cases. He has received specialized training in Critical Care Ultrasound from the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), India, and ECMO training through the Indian ECMO Society.

Dr. Saleh is also actively engaged in medical education and research. His academic contributions include authorship of Precise Solution for Long Answer Questions and Precise and Practical Solution for Internal Medicine, educational resources developed to support medical students and postgraduate learners.
