Dr. Maknona Nomani Binte Noman is a dedicated Dental Surgeon with specialized postgraduate training in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. She is committed to providing safe, evidence-based dental care, with a particular focus on preserving natural teeth, relieving dental pain, restoring oral function, and promoting long-term oral health.

Dr. Nomani completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and subsequently obtained her Master of Surgery (MS) in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Bangladesh Medical University. Her postgraduate training has provided her with advanced knowledge and clinical skills in restorative dentistry, operative procedures, and endodontic care.

She is currently serving as a Dental Surgeon under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) at Sarail Upazila Health Complex, Brahmanbaria, where she has been working since May 2024. Her clinical responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient dental care, restorative and operative procedures, management of endodontic conditions, dental extractions, preventive care, and the assessment of dental emergencies.

Dr. Nomani has experience in managing a wide range of dental emergencies, including acute dental pain and urgent oral conditions. She takes a systematic approach to patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and pain management, while appropriately referring complex cases requiring advanced specialist intervention. She also places strong emphasis on patient education and preventive dentistry, helping patients develop effective oral hygiene practices and make informed decisions about their dental health.

Alongside her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Nomani actively participates in community-based oral health awareness and outreach programmes at the Upazila level. She is committed to improving awareness of preventive dental care and promoting better oral health within the community. Her practice also emphasizes appropriate documentation, informed consent, follow-up care, and adherence to established standards of asepsis, sterilization, and infection control.
