Dr. Mohsina Ferdous is a dedicated medical professional with a strong academic background. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College and Hospital, where she demonstrated exceptional aptitude and dedication to her studies.
Committed to advancing her expertise in specialized areas of medicine, Dr. Mohsina pursued additional qualifications, including a Certified Course on Diabetology (CCD) accredited by the Diabetes Association of Bangladesh (BIRDEM). Furthermore, recognizing the importance of diagnostic imaging in modern medical practice, she undertook a comprehensive Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (DMU) from BIFUM & IBAIS University, honing her skills in this crucial field.
With a passion for diagnostic radiology, Dr. Mohsina Ferdous has accumulated valuable experience in various healthcare settings. She gained hands-on experience in ultrasonography and the Radiology Department at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of diagnostic imaging techniques and protocols, laying a solid foundation for her career. Currently, Dr. Mohsina is an integral part of the Radiology Department at BSMMU, where she applies her expertise to provide accurate and timely diagnostic assessments to patients.
Additionally, she has completed a certified course on Transvaginal Sonography (TVS) and Color Doppler study, further enhancing her proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound procedures. Dr. Ferdous specializes in conducting anomaly scans, as well as ultrasound examinations of the thyroid and breast, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality patient care.
