Dr. Saima Tahrin Ahmed is a dedicated Family Physician with a passion for promoting health and well-being in her community. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Institute of Applied Health Sciences (IAHS), University of Science & Technology Chittagong (USTC).
After obtaining her MBBS degree, Dr. Saima gained valuable experience by working in the fields of Medicine and Family Medicine. During this time, she actively participated in various training programs, including CPR training, GPOC workshop from Bangladesh Society of General Physicians and Breast Cancer Screening training from Bangkok Cancer Hospital. She also completed Certified Course On Diabetology (CCD) from BIRDEM, further enhancing her expertise in managing diabetes.
Driven by her dedication to public health, Dr.Saima has been actively contributing to different health awareness and preventive national health programs on national TV, focusing on raising awareness about preventable, communicable, and non-communicable diseases among people.
Currently, Dr. Saima is pursuing further specialization in Family Medicine, enabling her to provide comprehensive and personalized care to her patients. With her knowledge, experience, and commitment to promoting health awareness, Dr. Saima Tahrin Ahmed continues to make a positive impact on the well-being of her patients and the community.
