She completed her MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College, followed by FCPS in Medicine from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. She further advanced her expertise with an MD in Respiratory Medicine from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), strengthening her specialization in complex respiratory and medical conditions.

Dr. Dhar is currently serving as a Junior Consultant (Medicine) at Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital, where she manages a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions. She is actively involved in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for her patients.
