Psychotherapist and Mental Health Counselor

Nusrat Sabrin Chowdhury is a Psychotherapist and Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience in providing evidence-based psychological care across clinical, corporate, and community settings. She specializes in individual and group psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling, and workplace mental well-being.

She holds a Professional Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Dhaka. She has also completed postgraduate training in Psychotherapy at Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) also a training in Clinical Counselling from Medvarsity under Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, India. She is a Certified Counselor from Solace Asia, Malaysia.

Currently, she serves as Lead Psychotherapist in a prominent Mental Health Wellbeing Center, Dhaka, where she provides psychotherapy services and develops corporate mental health programs. She also works as an International Coordinator & Counselor at Solace Asia, providing tele-therapy to clients globally.

Nusrat Sabrin Chowdhury has conducted mental wellbeing programs for organizations such as Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), Grameenphone, DHL Bangladesh, and Summit Communications and has actively contributed to public mental health awareness through media programs and workshops.

With a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and patient-centered care, she continues to promote accessible and effective psychological services in Bangladesh and beyond.
